About Roeg (Smoke!)
This web site is dedicated to defend the right of the individual to make free choices.
”We see that as soon as we surrender the principle that the state should not interfere in any questions touching on the individual's mode of life, we end by regulating and restricting the latter down to the smallest detail.”1
In April 2004 I quit smoking tobacco, after 27 years as a smoker. To find inspiration, I searched the internet. Then I got angry! I found a great hate campaign against smokers. Everywhere on the internet you can find hate campaigns against smokers. Many public institutions are infiltrated by tobacco haters. At the expense of tax payers, greedy tobacco haters fill their pockets by spreading hate.
I will not put up with my tax money being spent on a witch hunt.
Another witch hunt is surfacing. Out the sewer is spewing a hate campaign against the obese. We will see great hate campaigns targeting the obese. Like the smokers they are to be crucified for their joy of life.
We must bash the haters back into the sewer again. Bash the tobacco haters. Bash the food haters. Bash the alcohol haters.
It is about defending your liberty. Remember it. And wake up!
Today I use tobacco again. I've found out why I use tobacco. It's because tobacco works! And you don't have to smoke tobacco to enjoy the pleasures of it. Currently I use a mix of smokeless tobacco and smoking. I have no intention to stop using tobacco.
Liberalism (Libertarianism)
As part of discovering what is going on around me, I have aquanted myself with classical liberalism and national economy. It has given me a fantastic insight into the principles of wealth, why there are so many people on the planet and just how damaging public spending programs and coerced collectivism are. I would like to share this insigt with as many others as possible. Consequently the coverage of topics wil be expanded with national economy and classical liberalism.
